While artificial intelligence technologies develop rapidly, the industry has hit a new problem: AI code itself is not, it is a generation that does not understand these codes and systems. When written lines are increasingly complex, they minimize the number of people that can grasp them in complete.

The depth of the problem arises as follows:

  • The prevalence of black box syndrome: Developers can not fully disclose the logic of all decisions of large language models -**: Every level of technology hides the details of the sub-level and is forced to understand the system completely
  • Information accumulation problem: Even people who build complex systems can not document all mechanisms in satisfying way
  • Fast pusher cycle: New versions are released without understanding the old versions

Technology architectures have now exceeded the size that a single person can hold in mind. Microservices, data streams, model training pipelines—her component is connected to another component but it has become almost impossible to understand them concretely.

As a result, cockroachs and teams know the code works, but they do not know neden works. This brings serious risks to reliability, care and problem solving in the future. The future of AI is proportional to closing this information cliff rather than technical innovation.
