How to Measure AI Leadership? A New Evaluation Tool Developed

While artificial intelligence technologies spread rapidly in organizations, leaders have to develop new skills and approaches. However, the appropriate tools were limited to measuring these changing leadership dynamics. The researchers developed a new measuring system named AI Leadership Battery to fill this gap.

The new tool developed includes:

• 11 basic content family organized under 36 behavioral sub-size Tags
• Questions designed to evaluate leadership capacity in integrated business environments with AI
• Specific measurement criteria for AI-local (AI-native) structures in the organization Home
• Unlike existing leadership scales, the new management challenges created by AI technology have improved content in the room
• methodology supported by the production and content verification of debilitative substances in accordance with academic standards

Research offers a critical resource in determining assessment and development areas for leaders. Especially in companies that integrate AI capabilities into the organization, it helps to understand what management skills are in the forefront. The measurement tool can be applied directly to labor training, leadership development programs and performance evaluation systems.

During this period, the leadership definition for AI-native organizations is restructured, the need for objectif and multi-dimensional assessment tools is increasing by the need. This study seems to contribute to the development of leading talents in the AI conversion process of organizations.
