Memory Geometry: Dynamic Memory Architecture for Personalized AI

Personalized AI systems require learning from more user data. But existing approaches memory often represents as fixed records in a static hidden space. A new research released in arXiv suggested this paradigm radically: memory dynamic, geometrical structures modeling.
The mainsis of the research is summarized as follows:
- Available systems memory is sought according to a unique global similarity source and stored in static vectors
- Real user data is in the flow format of flowing events in time, but the scanning method was designed according to the static record set Tags
- This unmatchedness leads to loss of information in long-standing personalizing tasks
- Solution, for each user unique geometric structure create and keep this geometry dynamic
In the event of a dynamic geometric space of research, timelineal events, more rich personalization experiences claim that it becomes possible. This approach can allow AI systems to understand past, current and future orientations of user behavior.
This invention takes care of many applications ranging from chatbots and advice engines to medical diagnostic systems. The future AI system design can get geometrical relationship center beyond statistical similarity.
