It is increasingly difficult to define texts (AIGT) produced by artificial intelligence. Available approaches or rely on statistical signals or independent style features at token level, which makes them hyperadaptive to certain manufacturers. A new research offers a completely different angle to solve this problem.

The main findings revealed in the study:

  • Inclusive passages carries a strong structural signal to distinguish artificial intelligence and human writing
  • Large language models (LLMs) produce a inflated variance with similarity explosions** different from human writers
  • These patterns remain more resistant in the mountain slip** without affiliated with certain fonts or LLM models
  • Graph based approach focuses on structural relationships** instead of statistical analysis at token level

In addition to the importance of research, the failure of previous methods is addressed. Signals at the token level can be easily manipulated and fail under different models. The cross-border transition between the nodes arises as a deeper feature resulting from the internal functioning of LLMs.

This study can create a new standard in the detection of content produced by AI and provide more effective defense against misleading information in educational, journalism.
