Ugreen is the company recognized by power banks and chargers, this week is officially logged into the smart home market at IFA technology fair. The company’s new HomeAgent platform combines local storage, device-top AI and smart home control under a single system. This step shows how to expand the ecosystem of a company specialized in NAS storage solutions.

HomeAgent H100 Pro hub offers the following basic features:

  • Security camera storage: Ability to store your video data locally without relying on cloud services
  • Useful AI processing: Not sending your personal data to the cloud, fast and privacy-oriented artificial intelligence work -Uliya voice assistant: Using voice commands to control home automation
  • Center management: Control of cameras, sensors and smart devices from a single interface

This approach is quite attractive for privacy conscious users. Unlike cloud-based systems, your data remains in your home and is processed on a small device. Although information about Uliya’s Turkish support is not yet officially disclosed, the regional language support among the global expansion plans of Ugreen will probably take place.

This move of Ugreen shows that the smart home market is no longer just cloud-oriented solutions. Local control, privacy and open protocols have become the basic elements that shape the future of modern home automation. Information on the company’s NAS infrastructure makes HomeAgent competitive in terms of storage and processing power.
