Modern artificial intelligence agents face serious difficulty especially when performing multi-step long tasks: memory limitations. AMBER offers a new approach to the solution of this problem, and is confidently working without exceeding the context budget of agents.

Long interactions affect agents in a few ways:

  • Bağlam Expansion: The accumulated interaction history in multi-step tasks quickly consumes model capacity and reduces performance.
  • Faktsal Accuracy: Agents risk forgetting the information collected from previous steps during long-term operations.
  • Hata Monitoring: Errors and corrective feedbacks that occur in the processes performed can be lost.
  • ** Tracking**: It is difficult to save what steps are completed in multi-stage projects.

AMBER addresses these challenges by offering a new data structure called Append-Only Memory (Only Addable Memory). This system allows agents to store important information structured and accessiblely. Complex web automations aim to achieve more reliable results in long research tasks and multi-step planning operations.

This research represents an important step to work more effectively in real world applications of artificial intelligence agents. The memory management problems will be solved, more complex and long-term tasks will be successfully completed.
