Training artificial intelligence agents with supplement learning (RL) requires significant infrastructure. This infrastructure is not only a task and a realizable environment; it is necessary to include a corrector that reliably distinguishes success from failure. Until now, this systems are costly, scalable and tend to slow down with the progress of developed models.

A system called AutoGym in the new study released in arXiv offers a blueprint-previous approach to address this problem:

-Automatic generation: Increase scale and variety by synthetically producing tasks -Lineability: Guaranteeing every created environment to measure its success correctly -Zorluk calibration: Pusher improvement to solve the difficulty imbalance of tasks produced in one pass -Data contamination reduction: Prevent task clusters from saturation and exposure to old data by making models better

Although synthetic task production is fast and scalable, the difficulty level control of the generated tasks has formed problems in previous methods. AutoGym is a balanced environment that regulates this difficulty distribution and provides effective improvements of agents.

This approach makes it possible for models to be exposed to wider range of tasks while speeding training cycles. It is potential to democraticize the educational process of artificial intelligence agents.
