Fly.exe – Biological Simulation with Virtual Fruit Sin installed on Computer

Fly.exe is an interesting open source project that recreates the brain structure and nervous system network of fruit fly in digital environment. This project follows a similar approach to EON systems by offering a practical example of the concept of “loading” to the computer of biological assets.
The project contains basic features:
- Softwareal simulation of neuron network architecture of actual fruit fly (Drosophila melanogaster) u
- Modeling of Sinaptic connections and neurotransmiter behavior
- algorithms that mimic natural behavior patterns in digital environment
- Open source code base accessible and improved via GitHub
- An altyap can contribute to artificial intelligence and neurology research
Such projects constitute an important step in digitalization of biological systems. The relatively simple nervous system, composed of 302 neuros of fruit fly, is an ideal starting point for computerized modeling of complex biological behavior. For researchers and software developer community, Fly.exe offers a laboratory that shows the potential to bridge between nerve sciences and AI.
Thanks to the publication as open source, this project can develop with the contribution of the global research community and play a leading role in the path to simulation of more complex biological systems.
