Vehicle agents built on large language models (LLM) are one of the strongest applications of artificial intelligence systems today. However, it doesn’t always mean to retrain the model to improve the performance of these systems. The new research published in ArXiv shows that it is possible to optimize agent capabilities by changing the working time environment around a**sabit model.

The research focuses on the following basic areas:

-Prompt design: Improvement of guidelines and context knowledge given to the model -Car interfaces: Optimize the way of interaction with external tools of the agent

  • Ara software (middleware): Control mechanisms processing during vehicle calls
  • Durum management: Contextile protection in multi-round conversations
  • Hata recovery logic: format to react in incorrect situations of the agent Home

The main bulgus of the research can be achieved even significant performance gains even with limited interventions on these **runtime components. Especially prompt limits and interventions on vehicle limits become an effective way to control the behavior of the agent.

This approach is open to the practical advantage: it becomes possible to create adaptable systems when new models are released, the expensive retraining process is thrown. System architects can adjust performance by adding layers on a fixed basic model.

LLM applications in the future can become more flexible and economical by using these optimization techniques.
