MASkills: Continuous Skill Optimization in Multi Tool LLM Systems

An important step in artificial intelligence research. The researchers recommend a new approach to increase the learning capacity while solving complex tasks of multiple LLM agents.
This new method called MASkills targets existing problems:
- Available experience memory methods are limited to call, refining and scaling of information
- The structured skill knowledge offers a more functional framework, which defines how to move, and what tools to use
- Multi-media systems solve complex problems, but learning from experience of individual agents is worth efficient Tags
- MASkills turn this skill into reusable procedural knowledge
Traditional self-extinguishing methods when creating experience memory, these are often difficult to call and are power to generalize. MASkills monitors a different strategy: analyzes tasks and outputs that agents work, reveals action-car combinations that can be applied in certain situations.
This approach gives you the opportunity to develop qualitatively during the training of multi-agent LLM systems. When each task is completed, the system can turn the achieved achievements into the reusable skill set. Thus, when it comes to similar problems, the agents can benefit more effectively.
The research represents an important progress that artificial intelligence systems can be experienced as human. The scalable and adaptable nature of MASkills can make complex productive AI applications work independently and efficiently in the future.
