An important problem in the field of artificial intelligence has emerged: AI agents that perform high performance in benchmark tests are not always working reliably in real corporate environments. A new research published on the arXiv platform to fix this inconsistencies introduces READY (Reliable Enterprise Agent Deployment) framework.

The READY framework handles the following basic issues:

  • When the existing benchmarks test whether AI agents complete complex work tasks, corporate distribution requires different criteria
  • Reliability level is not provided with acceptable costs under human supervision Tags
  • The performance of agents should be measured in real business processes, not in laboratory environment Tags

Research marks a critical gap in the integration of AI agents into enterprise environments. Even if a agent is successful in the benchmark, it may not be able to provide the desired level of reliability in the production environment, or it may not be economical for excessive human intervention.

The READY framework aims to help organizations deploy AI agents in a responsible and measurable way by closing this gap. This approach can contribute to making artificial intelligence technology more reliable and practical in real world applications.
