It continues to be a challenging task for artificial intelligence to analyze graphic data and understand complex relationships. A new research offers a multi-task-based approach to find solutions for this problem. The study explores how large language models can be adapted according to different parts of graphs supported by LLM.

Limits of available methods:

  • Single agent systems implements the same reasoning policy on all graphics, which is limited to performance in complex structures
  • Role-based multiple agent systems use a shared policy by ignoreing regional differences
  • Traditional methodology to consider unique features and structural differences of graphic zones

The new research defines unique characteristic of different parts of graphics using ** Structural signatures** (structural signatures). These signatures make it possible to develop special agent behaviors tailored to each region. Thus, the system is provided to adjust its own strategy according to the topology and characteristics of a certain graphic region.

This multi-agent graphic learning (AGL) approach aims to higher accuracy and efficiency in graphic reasoning tasks. Customized learning policies per agent create a system that produces better results in complex graphics. Research shows how LLM-based AI systems can be smarter and flexible on structural data.
